Use

These treatments are primarily used for disinfection of cooling towers under the HSE ACOP L8 and supporting guidance HSG 274 part 1. They may also be used for biological control within closed circuit systems under BSRIA guidance.

Description

Non-oxidising biocides describe special chemical agents that function by mechanisms other than oxidation, including interference with cell metabolism and structure.
